Application Process

1.    Request Application Here >

The registrar will email you a fillable application form.

2.    Submit the Following

Use the Form Upload Portal to submit the first twoitems.

  • A picture of yourself

  • Grade Report or Transcript

  • Reference Form (registrar will send)

  • Pay the $20 application fee here

3.    Schedule your student interview

Schedule your interview with the Registrar here. Please, parents and students, read through the Student Handbook before your interview.

4.    After Acceptance

After your application has been accepted, you will be asked to submit the following documents.

  • ​Immunization Records

  • Financial Agreement (registrar will send)

  • Consent to Treatment Form - this form will need to be signed and notarized and brought to the school on Registration day.
