International Application Process

Step 1: Apply to Oklahoma Academy

1.   Request an Application Here >

The registrar will email you a fillable application form.

2.   Submit the Following

Use the Form Upload Portal to submit the first two items.

  • A picture of yourself
  • Grade Report or Transcript
  • Reference Form (registrar will send you this)
  • Financial Agreement (registrar will send you this)
  • Pay the $50 application fee here

3.   Schedule your student interview

Schedule your interview with the Registrar here. Please, parents and students, read through the Student Handbook before your interview.

4.  After Acceptance

After your application has been accepted, you will be asked to submit the following documents using the Form Upload Portal.

Step 2: I-20 & SEVIS Fee

  • ​Immunization Records

  • Consent to Treatment Form - this form will need to be signed and notarized and brought to the school on Registration day.

  • Once you are accepted to Oklahoma Academy, you will receive an acceptance letter and your I-20 form required to apply for an F-1 visa.

  • You will then pay the SEVIS I-901 fee here.

Step 3: Apply for VISA & Schedule Visa Interview

  • You will apply for your visa by completing form DS-160 online here.

  • Schedule your visa interview at a U.S. Embassy near you and pay your visa fee.

Step 4: Visit the U.S. Embassy

  • Attend your in-person interview at the U.S. Embassy. Don't forget to bring your documents!

  • You will find out at the embassy if your visa has been approved or not.

  • If approved, you will leave your passport at the embassy and it will be returned in the mail with your visa.

  • Now you can book your flight!
